Don’t be surprised that the first ATV on the list is not a Honda or Yamaha, but the DS 650, which is considered to be the best ATV for tall riders. It can fit for most high riders, especially anyone over 1.90 cm (6 feet).
In fact, most high riders use Bomb DS models. It is the most popular and has loads of riders who are just fans of it, and I can understand why. This is because I personally haven’t seen loads of reliable ATVs like the DS 650 which is just perfect in every way possible.
Price
You can buy the Bomb DS 650 at a price of $5,999. I was personally very surprised at its price which is really considered relatively cheap, especially with all the powerful programming and advanced features the DS 650 offer.
In addition, it is important to know that it is harder to find the DS 650 in the stores because it does not have such big merchandise and it is really quickly hijacked from the stores, so I recommend checking first the cheap deals on the internet or simply ask the ATV store to order it for you.

- The Bomb DS 650 has an incredible 653 cc 4-Stroke DOHC Single-Cylinder engine that works with 5 speeds and can reach crazy speeds over 75mph and even more. It can also ride any type of terrain you want while being extremely durable for all types of weather.
- What personally surprised me is the handling of the DS 650 with hard surfaces that include dunes, mountains, sand, mud and its ability to deal with everything that has sand which is very important personally to me because I ride a lot in the dunes and sandy areas.
- In addition, I was very impressed with the beautiful design of the DS 650, which is one of the best on the list and is protected by a very high-quality frame that helps it avoid scratching.
Dimensions & why it suits tall riders
The DS 650 exhibits very high dimensions and heights specially made for high people over 1.90 cm (6 feet). Its seat is 33.8 inches high, its total height is 46.5 inches, and its weight is 213 kilos (470 pounds) which makes the DS 650 very high and only suitable for high riders compared to the other ATVs on the list. It can also fit lower riders, but in my opinion, the DS 650 can best fit people between heights 1.88 to 1.96 cm (5.8 to 6.6 feet tall).
Opinion
In my opinion, the Bomb DS 650 is definitely an excellent ATV and can be just perfect for high riders. Believe me when I tell you that you will not find loads of reliable ATVs, especially at its cost and I assure you that you will really enjoy it.
2. Kawasaki KFX 700
The Kawasaki KFX 700 is one of the most powerful and impressive ATVs available in the market today as it is known as the King of the Hill. It is called this because it can sometimes ride up to Mount Everest. Don’t worry; you will realize this too when I will display its powerful features.
In addition, the KFX 700 can fit great for tall people, but the best thing about it is that it can fit both high and low riders and this compared to the DS 650 which can only fit very high riders. Also, I have to mention that I haven’t heard riders say anything bad about the KFX 700, and in my opinion, it is one of the most loved ATVs among riders.

You can buy the Kawasaki KFX 700 at a good price of $6,499 which is a great price, and the best thing is that Kawasaki takes out a lot of its merchandise, so you can export it from any store near your home.
And even better is that lots of riders sell used KFX 700 because it was released a long time ago in 2004, so be sure that there are lots of riders selling it at a very low price, sometimes even less than half of the original price.

In my opinion, the KFX 700 will be a great fit for people between heights 1.83 to 1.95 cm (5.3 to 6.5 feet).

In my opinion, the Kawasaki KFX 700 is definitely one of the most powerful ATVs available in the market today, and as I said, it has a lot of competitors and it will be great for high riders between heights 1.83 to 1.95 cm (5.3 to 6.5 feet).
3. Honda 400 Ex
The Honda 400 Ex is another very successful and popular ATV. It is known and optimized for very tall riders because it is very wide, wavy, and high. It is excellent and well adjusted for high and even low riders because there are loads of low riders who say it fits them well which is very surprising.
I would personally recommend the Honda 400 Ex for beginner riders who want an excellent ATV that shows a great performance for the price. If you love Honda, this is a plus for you.
Price
You can buy the Honda 400 Ex for $5,899, but with that, I would recommend you buy it used because Honda has stopped producing the Honda 400 Ex since 2009, so it will be difficult to see its new; instead, you can find its loads of used at a very low price. The best thing is that it lasts for many years, so you can buy it used while it wasn’t too old and trust me that you will use it for years because Honda models keep doing excellent for years.

- First, the Honda 400 Ex offers an excellent 397cc displacement single-cylinder, four-stroke RFVC engine (radial, four-valve combustion) engine capable of reaching maximum speeds of between 65-70 mph and really doing a good job.
- Also, what I really like about the Honda 400 Ex is the excellent 22-inch radial tires and the disc brakes that do a great job with them

The dimensions of the Honda 400 Ex are excellent for medium to very high riders. Its seat height is 31.9 inches, its overall height is 43.7 inches, and its length is 72.2 inches. It has a super lightweight of just 386 pounds (175 kilos). With all this specification, I would recommend it to riders between heights 1.80 to 1.97 cm (5.0 to 6.7 feet).

In my opinion, the Honda 400 Ex is an excellent ATV even though I am personally less attached to it because I don’t like Honda’s ATVs. I would personally recommend it only for you those that want a good ATV and prefer Honda, and of course, those between heights 1.80 to 1.97 cm (5.0 to 6.7 feet).
4. Yamaha Raptor 700R
The Yamaha Raptor 700R is one of my favorite ATVs on the list, and in my opinion, it is one of the most powerful and successful ATVs in the market. Also, the best thing about it is that Yamaha is still producing it and gives new upgrades to it every year.
In fact, the Raptor 700R is one of the best ATVs in the market today, but very suitable for tall riders.
Price
You can buy the Yamaha Raptor 700R at a relatively low price of $8,699 which is super cheap in my opinion compared to its very good performance. It also counts as one of the best ATVs in the market because I know many other ATVs that are much more expensive than the Raptor 700R, but the Raptor 700R still do better than them.
Notable features
- First, the Raptor 700R has a powerful super-686cc liquid-cooled SOHC 4-stroke engine, 4 valves and can reach crazy maximum speeds of over 80 mph (130 km) which makes it one of the fastest ATVs in the world, and rank 5th on the list of the fastest ATVs in the world.
- In addition, the Raptor 700R is super comfortable to ride, and its seat itself is very dewy, comfortable and fits perfectly for tall riders. Most tall riders said it is much more comfortable for them than lower riders who are much less suited. In my opinion, Yamaha itself adapted the seat for tall riders, but I will rather advise sitting on it to know if it’s comfortable for you.
- Another thing that surprised me is the build quality of the Raptor 700R that incorporates a new high-tech chassis, aluminum-coated disc brakes, aggressive super tires, aluminum wheels, and a strong aluminum-controlled filler frame, which is very lightweight and sturdy. Yamaha did this in their last year’s model and who else knows what crazy improvements they will make in the coming years for the Raptor 700R.
Dimensions & why it suits tall riders
A lot of riders don’t know that the Yamaha Raptor 700R is the ATV for tall riders. Its seat height is 32.7 inches, its length is 72.6 inches, and its overall height is 43.9 inches. It may not be the tallest ATV in the world but very humble and broad, which makes it very suitable for tall riders, especially tall people with long feet and hands. I personally would recommend the Raptor to people between heights 1.85 to 1.93 cm (5.5 to 6.3 feet).
Opinion
In my opinion, the Yamaha Raptor 700R is one of the best and most loved ATVs in the market. It will certainly fit perfectly for tall riders, but more expensive than the other ATVs on the list, so you will have to pick the Yamaha Raptor 700R that is a little more expensive and get high performance or a cheaper ATV that will give you a little less good performance.
5. KTM 450 XC
The famous KTM 450 XC is the best ATV model for racing and high riders. It shows monstrous performance, especially off the road and I personally haven’t seen an ATV like the KTM 450 XC that gives that kind of performance.
I personally would not recommend the KTM 450 XC for road riding, for beginner riders or for service work because it is very powerful at a level that you had a very hard time controlling it, however, I would recommend it only for advanced (high) or even professional riders that compete on races.
Price
You can buy the KTM 450 XC at a price of $8,798 which is relatively expensive and I believe this price will be expensive for most people, but you have to remember that it worth its price and gives an amazing value for its price, so if you are really a professional rider who needs a powerful ATV, in my opinion, the KTM 450 XC will be worth to invest in its price.

- The KTM 450 XC has an extremely powerful engine, and in my opinion, is the best after the Raptor 700R. It comes with a 447CC Single cylinder, four-stroke that does excellent work, especially off-road and can reach a very high maximum speed of 75 mph (120 km).
- What really surprised me in the KTM 450 XC is its super lightweight which is only 163.0 kg (359.4 pounds). This is a very rare weight for this type of ATV that raises its ease of control, and of course, adds to the comfort and speed which is very important.
- What I liked most about the KTM 450 XC is its amazing design which makes it the most beautiful on the list. I haven’t seen any ATV that can compete with its complex and beautiful design and is also available in black, orange, and white colors.
Dimensions & why it suits tall riders
The dimensions of the KTM 450 XC are very similar to the dimensions of the Yamaha Raptor 700R. It is not very big but rather thicker and wider, which might be better for tall people with big feet. Its seat height is 32.3 inches, and I personally would recommend it for people between heights 1.93 to 1.80 cm (5.0 to 6.3 feet).
Opinion
In my opinion, the KTM 450 XC is one of the top 10 ATVs for off-road riding and for professional riders. Although it is expensive, I personally think it’s worth it to invest in.
Also, the best thing about the KTM 450 XC is that it can deal with ATVs of Polaris or Can-Am that cost twice its price. So, believe me, it can compete with all the best players and competitors in the market.
6. Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450
The Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450 is an off-road ATV that is designed for racing and very reminiscent of the KMT models. It came out in 2006 and was still produced until 2012 when Suzuki stopped producing it. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t find him in the stores.
In addition, the Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450 is a super luxury ATV. Presently, there is no more upscale from Suzuki Company and is just perfect for very tall riders even over 2 meters. Thanks to the pegs and high and long structure that makes it fit any high rider. It is also important to note that it is more suitable for really tall riders than low riders.

You can buy the Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450 at a price between $7,399 to $10,000 which is a pretty high price but it worth its price because it is an ATV for racing and professional riding in the field. It is important to note that Suzuki has stopped importing it to the United States as a result of violations of emission control, so it will be difficult to find it in stores if you live in the United States and I would recommend buying it on the Internet.

Dustin Wimmer helped prove it by winning back-to-back championships in the AMA Pro ATV Motocross Series while out on Suzuki.

The Suzuki LT-R450 has very wide and large dimensions. Its seat height is 30.7 inches, its overall height is 42.7 inches, and has a very light weight of just 368 pounds (167 kilos). I personally would recommend the LT-R450 only for people who are really tall with heights of 1.88 cm to 1.97 cm (5.8 to 6.7 feet). It can also fit low riders but will be less comfortable in my opinion.
Opinion
In my opinion, the Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450 is a very prestigious ATV that will only be better for very advanced riders who, even on a professional level want a strong and powerful ATV that will give them impressive performance. I would recommend it to really high riders because of its more comfortability for high people. It can also be stable for low riders but will be less comfortable for them in my opinion.
7. Kawasaki Brute Force 750
The Kawasaki Brute Force 750 is the most massive ATV you will ever see in your life while it is important to note that the Kawasaki Brute Force 750 can suit beginner riders and can be perfect for service jobs that require a lot of fieldwork such as farming or even very long riding adventures and not recommended for racing.
In addition, it is important to note that Brute Force 750 is very outstanding when it comes to not only riding through heights and mountains, but also through obstacles because it is very durable and strong and can withstand any obstacle you want it to. Also, the best thing is that the Brute Force 750 can stay for a good few years even after abuses on the ground. So, if you want a powerful, massive ATV, and you high believe me, Kawasaki Brute Force 750 is the perfect choice for you.

You can buy the Kawasaki Brute Force 750 at a price between $9,999 – $10,599, which is pretty expensive and this is mainly due to the fact that most Kawasaki models are quite expensive and the Brute Force 750 is a very sophisticated and powerful ATV that is considered a lot more prestigious than most models on the list.
In addition, it is important to know your riding style because if you know you are not going to ride in difficult roadblocks, so it is better to ride an ATV that is cheaper and less heavy. I will advise you to choose this ATV if you know that you are going to ride in difficult obstacles and not in easy conditions.
Again, I do not recommend you to buy the Brute Force 750 used as it is used roughly and abusively by most of the owners because, as I said, the Brute Force 750 is designed for riding in very difficult areas and for service work, so it will be difficult to find its used in good condition, and even if you do, don’t be surprised that it will be sold cheap.

The Kawasaki Brute Force 750 performs better in hill or mountain riding and can ride on any hill, no matter how difficult it is, be it mud, rocks or stones. It has 3 features that make it so good for riding in heights and mountains which are:
- Very durable – What impressed me the most about Brute Force 750 is its exceptional durability against hard failures, and it’s mainly because of the double-cradle steel tube configuration and the quality frame and materials that can protect and allow you to traverse any hill without risking the ATV’s design.

This is rare; it will prevent your ATV from turning around and risking your life.
- Feeling natural when riding – A special feature of the Brute Force 750 is that it feels very comfortable and connected to the area no matter where you ride it. At altitudes or mountains that have the sharpest gradient or rocks and stones when riding, you will not feel this discomfort, thanks to the EPS (Electronic Power Steering) System.
